T-22hrs til the puck drops..

The WCHA is so crazy, it doesn't matter how great the numbers look, these series are almost always determined by grit. No team gets up better for a game then playing a conf foe.

2 young teams so I imagine the 1st period will be a snoozer, just feeling eachother out.. Then it'll ramp up. Saturday night is when it gets nasty..

So because Nate is playing down in Madison, his friends and family should go there and root for the Gophers against their home state team? They should change plans to go to a Badger football game (and possibly the Packer game) that in all likelihood they made up to a year ago? Do you really believe the stuff you post?

Q: What's your worst fan experience?

JS: "I would say this past weekend in St. Cloud. A fan during Friday night's game was hanging over the penalty box and after we lost I hit my stick against the glass. Saturday night I come back and he's got a (photo-shopped) picture of me with a pink wig on, holding it up the entire game.''

Its happening everywhere... i've seen alot of empty seats the past couple years at both college and nhl games everywhere.. stinks!

Ok... so the kid shouldn't have been hanging OVER the penalty box, that's wrong, but when I started reading it, it wasn't as bad as it sounded like it was gonna be. And how does Schultz call that "the worst?" Give the kid credit for effort, the only thing you can really complain about is it sounds pretty uncreative. And honestly, I'm surprised someone outside of the student sectioin at the NHC knows how to use photo-shop. :D
