About midway through the second I intended to make a post following this game about how much I liked this kid.
He made a few subtle but HUGE defensive plays throughout this game, and it was awesome to see him get rewarded with that game-winner.
Some resolve tonight by the good guys. Special teams can't be beaten that badly if they hope to have success in the postseason, but tonight they did just enough to retain firm control of 1st place of the WCHA.
