I don't think any RPI fans aren't. Some were expecting it, I know I heard a couple say they didn't want RPI to make the tournament so we wouldn't be embarrassed... but hey, it's a game, we hadn't been there in 16 years. Improvement of quantity greater than 0, for sure.

North dakota for me was the worst possible draw for us last year. I know they did not win it all-but they sure had the talent to do it. I felt we stood a far better chance against anyone else. UND had the right mix of size and speed to present us with problems we were just never ready for. Too early to make any predictions this year-but this weekend will tell u sif the Big Bad Baby Bull (+ Bailen) defense we put out there can be mobile along with physical. If theis defense comes together (and i strongly suspect they will) this is going to be one tough team if they get any sort of goaltending. The offense may take a little time to get started-lots of young guns out there-but once they adjust, I don't see any problem with scoring. Things are looking up in Troy!!

If that is the case I hope you folk drop to D-III and lose to the likes of Gustavus and Hamline.

Watch for the Grant-Lehrke-Gaede line to be explosive. They're quick, and very skilled. Should be fun to watch!

I really like that pairing together tonight for the Mavs. We're young, so we might struggle to bury it, but hopefully we can get a few goal scorers to develop.
