The video feed is NPB. You won't be able to make out player names/numbers, but you can generally follow the action. It's passable, but not as good as standard def TV.

Anyway, let the failfest begin.

Russell Pre-Game:

-Kattelus back
-"was suspended for violation of team rules"
-1.5 weeks ago, met with team captains for a talk
-Captains & team felt it was time for him to return
-Eric did not come back because of injuries or the Wisconsin disaster

-Witt will get some spot PP duty
-Rest of 4th line won't get a ton of ice time, but better depth than last weekend

-Schooley earned a shot on the 1st line
-Good at maintaining possession
-Needs to keep doing what has made him successful
-Can't change his style just because of his extra ice time

-VanWagner's injury situation is still spotty

-Need to finish better and play smart hockey
-Young team is still learning
-Need to score 1st if possible

-Minnesota's goaltending better than it seems
-MN is good in transition, but Kangas may simply be getting hung out to dry

why is there a pregame on the gophers feed. ***.
