Re: Minnesota Golden Gopher Women's Hockey 2012-2013

Boo, Raty loses her shutout. Sounded like it was her mistake.

Re: Minnesota Golden Gopher Women's Hockey 2012-2013

Attendance? 75?
Heh.

It's final. Gophers 5, Bemidji State 1.

Megan Bozek had a three point night with her goal and two assists. Amanda Kessel had three assists.

The Gophers now hold the NCAA record for consecutive road wins with 16. They also tie a team record with 27 consecutive games without a loss (originally set from January to December 2004).

Would seem a good weekend to get Leveille a start...probably if it weren't for Noora's quest(s)

Re: Minnesota Golden Gopher Women's Hockey 2012-2013

Frischmann, Downey, and Burns get to play more. Somebody's glass is always half full.

I will reiterate what I said at the start of the season: the roster depth on this team leaves it vulnerable to unexpected occurrences. What worried me then is injuries, but having three freshmen that don't dress in multiple weeks for academic reasons qualifies as well. Minnesota only had 10 forwards dressed tonight. That's just not something that a team that is planning to win a national title can do every night.

I'm saying, "I told you so," on this one.

I was just catching up on the BC thread. Thought we could use some commensurate material herein:

We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with this America One purchase. Your account has been credited for the purchase(s) in question. Please be advised it can take from 5-7 business days for this credit to be posted to your account.
Have now received a credit notification. Strangely...within a half hour of contacting my credit card after several emails to America One with no response. CC company provided me with a phone number for America One. I hadn't used it yet.

Saw 2 Gopher goals and the Beaver tally out of the six. Hope video is bug free this afternoon.

Par for the course is an automated response that doesn't answer your question or specifically address your issue...followed by a second automated response asking you to take part in a survey to let them know how well they're doing!

Any further frustrated attempts to communicate with them are met with the same two responses.

At the point that they have to do it every night and it costs them you can say that. Until then, it's a little like, "The sky is falling!"

Re: Minnesota Golden Gopher Women's Hockey 2012-2013

Gopher PP goal -- Jalosuo scores on a deflection off of a shot by Ramsey. 1-0.

Re: Minnesota Golden Gopher Women's Hockey 2012-2013

Kessel gets a back-hander past Havel before the end of the period. 2-0 Gophers.

Edit: end of the first period. Shots are 10-3 Minnesota.

Re: Minnesota Golden Gopher Women's Hockey 2012-2013

Gopher PP goal. Kessel gets another past BSU goaltender Havel. Sounded like it handcuffed Havel and trickled in. 3-0 Minnesota.
