Ambroz gets away with a possible trip.... Rapuzi (??) gets the retaliation call. 1:23 of the PP will carry over to the 2nd period. MN up 3-0 at the end of 1

Gopher's are definitely carrying play. The SOGs are about even actually, but MN is working on about a 2-1 advantage in faceoffs won, and it's showing in the score, as the last two goals were within seconds of a faceoff win in the CC zone.

Would love to put them away with a quick pp goal here in the 2nd, 4 goals should do it Wilcox isnt giving up 5.

TWOCOX!!!! Turnover on the PP, CC gets a breakaway, and Adam came up strong.

Not a good PP effort by the Gophers in the second.... CC kills the penalty, followed by a holding call on Ambroz, CC on the PP, 18:27 left.

Good looking PK by the Gophers.... CC didn't really get any sort of look at the net, and Serratore almost scored taking a faceoff in the CC zone.

Gophs starting to look a bit better, almost a repeat of the 1st, a little slow and not sharp for the first few minutes, then getting it clicking.

UH oh.... Twocox gets run in to by both a Gopher and a Tiger, helmet spinning on the ice.... but looks like he was back up again as they were cutting to commercial.

Skjei was cutting out from behind the net and checked right in to Wilcox. Adam's back up and looks fine, no penalties or anything.... some pushing/shoving in front of the MN net after Twocox makes the save.
