Just watched a few minutes of the 3 live feeds tonight, not bad, but NOT EVEN CLOSE to the Oswego quality, very pleased with what we have at Oz, GREAT job guys

I've seen my share of webcasts, and I'm inclined to agree. Then again, Oswego's broadcasts have so many more elements than the average D-III webcast. Multiple cameras, on screen graphics, and intermission reports just to name a few.

Spoiled, aren't you. :D I think it has to do with camera quality. Most of these telecasts are using your run of the mill camcorder. Oz probably has studio grade cameras.

Let us be thankful for something we recently did not have.

UMass Dartmouth leads Westfield State 2-1 through two periods.

Meanwhile in Portsmouth, it all went horribly wrong for Salve Regina in the third period. Isaiah Carlson got five minutes and a game misconduct for hitting from behind. Suffolk then scored three goals on the subsequent power play to make it 5-4 Suffolk. Anthony Birbilis of the Seahawks then got five minutes and a game misconduct for contact to the head. Suffolk scored three more times on that power play, and won 8-4.

I really thought Salve Regina would be able to put one in the win column tonight and match their season total from last year. But stupid penalties will kill you. And I didn't even mention that Chase Davis was tossed earlier in the game for contact to the head. Three ejections in the first game for Salve Regina? Not good.

It's early and if the topsy turvy world of the NE is the same in a month, I'd be checking the water.
