So to sum up, if The University of Michigan did not join with the group of universities trying to invent the internet it never would have happened. So we have to hope that OSU is actually as bad as they are playing.
It's becoming more and more likely that the Michigan team I will root for in Boston will be from the total other end of the state. Good for my dad, bad for us.
I wish there was a firm understanding on why teams can be so incredibly inconsistent. But for us- one bad goal, and the goalie attitude basically dictates the game- we've seen that before, live, and what some of you have posted, it happened again this weekend. What we NEED is the team to hunker down and work harder to get the goalie's mind in the right spot- but they are so far from that we are forced to play musical goaltenders- since one isn't mentally strong enough to last more than one weekend.
Maybe what we need to do is let one play two good games, and swap while they are ahead. More often than not- they play really good after a week or two off- so how about we just play the cold one?

And you are so bothered by it that even AFTER I said I was not coming back for the weekend series, you are still bothered by it. So much so that 6 days AFTER I left, and 3 days after the games ended, here you are.

This is the worst Ohio state team i have seen in probably 10 years. They are what they are and that is not very good. They are making the same mistakes now that they made in October. Giving up 18 goals to Michigan in the first 2 games is really embarrassing. Good Luck this weekend not that you will need it. See you guys at Yost on Sunday!

What I'm worried about is that we get typical D and a goalie meltdown- bearing in mind, this isn't unusual to happen- during the time we were scoring a bunch- we were also scored on a BUNCH. We've decided upon our #1 goalie a few times this season, only to be let down that weekend.
Couple that with a shooting mental block (the scored twice last weekend?), and you guys have a chance. We'll see.

To bad that's not entirely true. Yes Minny was on the team in attempt to figure out how the internet would work before Michigan bu not until Michigan joined was the internet created. Therefore if Michigan never joined the bunch of universities working on the internet, it never would have been discovered. Like I've said previously, you'd still be playing Pong...

Especially the idea that you are sitting back eating popcorn reading this thread- pointing out two rather obvious things- 1) you are intereacting- not just sitting back and reading popcorn, and 2) you are reading our Michigan thread- with some kind of apparent interest. Note- we are not in the game thread, nor are we in a Minnesota thread. So this, apparently, is all about us.

I've gotten 3 negative reps so far- just based on the replies from Monday to now in THIS thread- which, to me, is a very, very clear illustration that some of them are very upset. It was very, very easy to make them upset- ask the questions they don't want to asnwer.

I usually read a previous opponents' thread a day or two after the series to see what they thought of the games. Sometimes one can pick up tidbits of info that weren't in the series thread. Sometimes people like you get all pizzy at people who are obviously trying to rile things up, like this week, so I might keep reading for pure laughter.
