no idea what happened. UW announcers feel it should be 5 and a game. they also mention that John Ramage may have precipitated this by kneeing McLeod but I'm not sure if that's what they said exactly. I was moving in and out of the room. hopefully they clear that up

Interesting that the UW player can fake a serious injury to draw a 5 minute major, the MTU player that got boarded in the second period got up without drawing attention to himself and there was no penalty called.

Referee message: Acting is rewarded in the WCHA today.

Pretty much par for the course for what I saw from Wisco my 5 years up there.
