I just talked to the Tech sports marketing staff. Tech has committed to bring 20,000 fans to what ever venue they get assigned so the other teams' fans need not even bother applying for tickets. It will be 100% Huskies fans, standing room only.

C. Anyone from the land of hockey knows that the first professional hockey game was played in Houghton, at Dee Stadium.

Very entertaining first period, no complaints here for once. I hope the entire weekend can look like that first period.

What a horrible call on Jackson. Great move to the net. Checked into the net. Hastings complains, and the 3 blind mice comply.

Definitely terrible call on Jackson, but other than that what a game, this is what college hockey should be.

Best game of the season, by far, solid at every single position on the ice. Angus looks to be regaining confidence and composure.

Our guys have found some offense. They went in. Have to do it again tomorrow.
They had some late chances. We got the bounces.
Challenged our team to be better tomorrow.
Sturos great goal. Pure deception. Big time. He's been playing his best hockey.
Like our defensive mode too.
We've played better on Saturdays too.
Mavericks will be ready tomorrow.
Mel wants people in the rink. Challenge our fans to come out tomorrow. Get your friends. Round up a group and get to the game.
