Michigan Tech Hockey 2025-26: Time To Muck It Up

Well several things from that game. Luca Faschiano is really good! wow. we have a lot more team speed than I realized. miami had problems dealing with it. I don't think Miami came ready to play. Our bottom 6 isn't bottom anything. The Miami goaltender was the real deal.

The Miami goalie carried them this tournament as their D was giving up chances. I believe he was the GLI MVP after watching all games live

I was impressed by the MSU defense. they were just airtight. we had to play a near perfect game and we couldn't but we will be better because of it. Our freshmen especially will grow from the experience and man oh man, i wish bart would not play the puck quite so much.

Watching world juniors, some very interesting pp plays set up by the swedes. We could learn from those. and maybe some of these european players are available?

Both their goalies were good.
I'm still in shock with the AF result. I'd say so much for an at large bid. Let's just focus on getting better and a lot more consistent. Also Our faceoff % hasn't been very good. Vs MSU and Miami and AF all three, it was bad, especially in the first period. We need to do better there. Miami really ate our lunch in the first in large part because they won all the face-offs.
