The injury stinks, but hopefully the part about not going pro is true. Not much sense in playing in the ECHL unless he's not a fan of schoolwork.

The part about not going pro is probably the most accurate because the person I asked told me, "this year no. Not with the injury."

Haha. Anchorage is actually closer to his hometown than Houghton. He's from some little "don't blink" town on Vancouver Island.

from what I heard from radio...is that Olsen is still in Houghton this weekend, however they are hoping to have him back for playoffs...haven't heard anything concrete yet though...

It'd definitely be nice to see him back for Denver playoffs
