Genoe with a solid save late on the powerplay, and Tech is just a few seconds away from killing the penalty.

Good period for Tech. 1-1, outshooting DU last I heard (by a lot, no less). Ease up on those penalties, though.

Edit: SOG is now 15-11 for Tech.

1-1, after 20 minutes.

Gutsy effort to come back from the early goal and the Bunger injury, but I have a feeling we haven't seen the best efforts of the Pioneers yet.

Tyler - he's still a little awestruck when playing against guys like Pronger and Ovechkin. Once the game gets going he is able to settle down. They replayed his 1st goal against the Flyers which was a highlight reel and ESPN Top 10 Play. Will be rooting for Canada on Sunday but is pulling for his linemate Phil Kessel of Team USA.

Wears #42 because #21 was taken so he doubled it.
