I love Red Berenson. He gives a little talk at the Blue Line lunch, then puts his hat on & walks back to the hotel thru snow & wind, over the ice sidewalks. There's plenty of 18 yr old students that won't even walk down to the main campus.

There's plenty of 18 yr old students that won't even walk down to the main campus.

And they'll be returning home after the first semester, ending their time at Tech... Washout rate is high the first semester after the frosh realize what they've gotten into in terms of location, academics, weather, etc. Community college and living at home with mom and dad starts looking better and better as the show piles up. Some folks are hard wired to enjoy a challenge and others shrink from it.

I'm guessing Dave Brandon is not on the trip. Unless he's applying for jobs in the western UP.

And I've always been treated very, very well by most Michigan fans, well except one, and I think they are a class group of people who put sportsmanship ahead of winning. A lot of programs should emulate them.

Good to see the Huskies get the second win tonight and complete the sweep, but now we need to get the season sweep at the Joe when the game really matters for bragging rights. Last week was impressive because it was a tough conference series, but I though this weekend was a bigger challenge given all the hype the university put into setting up these long awaited games. Nice to see the players rise to the occasion and seize the moment both nights.
