Miami @ RPI 10/10/25 Here we go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have very little information about our opponent for tonight - Miami - but it appears that they had beaten Ferris state twice last week and Ferris just beat last year's national champion Western Michigan last night and WM was the pre-season #1 ranked team.

Watched Clarkson beat Penn State team loaded with top draft picks and the highly rated Gavin McKenna. This is going to one crazy unpredictable year.

We are still in the learning mode.
The guys played well together last week, but now the games count.
I am interested in the roster for this game, to get an idea of what the new coach saw last week.

Even the odds makers seem to be having some difficulties. Clarkson was a 1.5 goal under dog yesterday to Penn State yet won. Ferris State was a 3.5 goal under dog to Western Michigan last night yet won in what has to be considered a monster upset. We are still listed as a very slight under dog tonight to Miami but many have it as a 3-3 tie. With all the transfers and recruiting changes of this past year, so far it appears every game is a crap shoot.

Not sure what the Hah response indicates but we get our cable TV from Xfinity/Comcast (and the service leaves a lot to desire) but it appears one of the things we have is SNY. Was not even aware that we had it but it saves us a trip out tonight and hopefully next Friday.

Years ago, I got on cable many (all?) of the local sports channels except when they were broadcasting local pro teams.

I would love to know who at RPI was able to get a game on SNY. Congrats to them

understand fully - years ago we got MSG network and sportschannel and subscribed to ESPN+ only to find out we were blacked out not only for all the NY Rangers games, but also all the Devils and islanders games. They even blacked out the next day replays of the games! it was a total waste and we allowed the subscription to lapse and never renewed.
