Miami RedHawks 2013-14 Season Thread: Enrico We Trust

Re: Miami RedHawks 2013-14 Season Thread: Enrico We Trust

No he's a WMU fan. Talking major trash after they beat us after they beat SCSU.

I don't know who he is and why he says the stupid things he does... Please don't associate his comments with WMU or the Lunatics. We all have THAT fan... if only they'd keep their comments to themselves.

Fire Blasi?! Team has quit on him?

We in BG are not satisfied with where we stand at this point, but we're enjoying the hell out of watching you crash and burn.

I'm sure you aren't the only ones. I guess this is payback for the enjoyment I/we derived from watching Michigan miss the tourney last year.

One thing is clear...Austin Czarnik's leadership skills were drastically overrated. And, it's not as if there weren't signs. Family signs....brother Robbie leaves Michigan early for CHL. Austin signs with Michigan State, de-commits, signs with us. Obviously, some commitment and leadership issues run in the family.

A and R Czarnik are actually cousins... Your point is well taken, and I think the primary issue is that kids who are that talented at an early age are forever being coddled and told they are the best; worse, they are not held to any sort of standard WRT taking responsibility for their actions. It is a common malady afflicting many top prospects (a long list comes to mind...)

Re: Miami RedHawks 2013-14 Season Thread: Enrico We Trust

Does anyone know how many players will be out with injuries this week?

And, if any forwards will be playing defense again?

The run to the Colosseum continues tonight. Let's go Redskins

Yes, that's right. Thanks for the clarification.

Haters gonna hate. Means we have a good program. Dude, it's one bad year in 10. It's ok.

Dear Scott Sandelin,

Thanks for stopping by the Miami thread here on the USCHO Fan Forum. Unfortunately, no one is here to answer your question because we've all moved on to other things.

Best of luck in the future.

Very sincerely yours,

Haha.

Yeah, but there have been chemistry issues in the locker room all year. Clearly, he and the staff haven't handled the team very well.
Wonder why that is?

PS: Has anyone notice how Blasi looks like Mr. Bean?

Re: Miami RedHawks 2013-14 Season Thread: Enrico We Trust

The overcorrection is underway! We may just look like Miami again in a couple years.

Heck of a game tonight. Defense still having a rough time and there were soooo many turnovers in our own end. Duluth took full advantage with their strong transition play. A few weak goals that Williams should have stopped, though he certainly didn't have much help, especially on that Duluth PPG. Unbelievably strong effort by Miami in an attempt to tie it up in the final 2 minutes with the empty net. If only we could get puck possession and grit like that during the rest of the game (or even just the normal PP)!

Looks like former BC player Colin Sullivan has committed to Miami after leaving BC and playing with the Green Bay Gamblers this season.
Defense - 6'1 205lbs

2012-13 Boston College 32GP 0-1-1 6 PIM
2013-14 Green Bay Gamblers 32GP 2-5--7 42 PIM

Unbelievable game and an incredible win. So much heart and effort from both teams. I am really sad I won't be able to watch tomorrow night (attending a wedding), but I hope I won't have anything to watch on Sunday.

More size (relatively speaking)!

Anyone know what the reason was for leaving BC, was he cut? Looking for more playing time?
