Yea Shegos and Hall take the cake for us. The kind of refs that see a penalty 5 feet in front of their face and the ref 100 feet away at center ice has to make the call.

That's Todd Anderson in a nutshell. And the call gets made if you're lucky. U of M buddy of mine was at the MTU @ U of M game at the GLI game and was muttering under his breath "Not Shegos, Not Shegos, Not Shegos, etc."

Thul calls absolutely everything, and doesn't allow any flow.

That'll do it for the 2nd period in this game.

Anderson won't call anything short of armed robbery of the coach. This includes a player lying on top of your top goal scorer punching him in the face with 30 seconds left in a 2-1 game.

Thul, on the other hand, sets a goal to call at least one penalty on every player that touches the ice.
