Meth, I Hear You Callin': The Final Season of Breaking Bad

Re: Meth, I Hear You Callin': The Final Season of Breaking Bad

Looking at the IMDB cast list I see we meet a character called "Carpet Cleaner Boss" next episode. Odds are he is the one who tells Walt they can't save his carpet and it'll be easier to replace it. That must make for a great conversation. "So, how'd your rug get soaked in gasoline?" "Funny story...."

Other surprises in the cast list for future shows include
Andrea in episodes 5 and 7. Lots of ghosts in episode 6: Mike, Tuco, Krazy-8, Gale and Jane are all credited. Badger is credited in the finale but not Pete.

AMC just released this still

This is obviously a shot of Walt Jr. on the phone with room service ordering breakfast.

Slate accidentally released their review of tonight's episode early. They pulled it, but the Internet never forgets.
It is on Reddit and there are some spoilers. If interested, click the link....

Accidentally... haha

Does AMC upload the show as soon as it airs? And do you need a subscription to a cable company? I won't be able to watch tonight but will have time early tomorrow.

Amazon has the new eps online for purchase the next day, or if you have cable/dish, it's usually OnDemand for free the next day.

"What's one more?"

Exit Skyler; Enter Skysenberg

I JUST posted that question as my status on FB. :D GREAT LINE.

Well, it seems we are all on the right track for all our theories. We all have the elements of the beginning of the end...it's a matter of finding the right combo of the endings we all think will happen.

--the confessing by Walt to Jesse/meeting one last time
--Jesse is gunning for Walt in very drastic ways
--Skylar turning more towards Walt's way of dealing with things

Hank, though.....hoping Jesse dies, just to burn Walt? Hardcore.

Also, I do like Marie is going all bad-arse by any means possible.

One thing: Unless I'm really off on my laws, what Hank and Gomez are doing...pretty illegal, no? They are required to record all this stuff in an official capacity, and to add to that, Hank was ordered off this investigation by a superior. I mean, Hank's done either way, but he's still digging himself a bigger hole just to bring Walt down. And Gomez is still acting a little flaky throughout this whole ordeal, which could possibly mean he was indeed one of Gus's guys on the inside (as was alluded to earlier in the series).

Holy living **** this show knows how to dole out suspense.

The cold open, the search for Jesse, the casual reveal of how far Skyler has fallen into Mrs. Heisenberg mode, the reveal of what really happened with Jesse, the plaza... that was a lot of excellent television on display tonight. Bravo.

These last two weeks....one show of holy crap action craziness, and one show of creating lots of options with little action.....I agree. Lots of excellent TV.

You know what would be off the charts nuts? Jesse goes after Walt's youngest, in revenge for Brock.

Nah. He wouldn't do that, and Hank would not allow it. I'm betting he tells Walt Jr...over breakfast of course.

I dunno how much Hank is in control of Jesse right now. Agree it's highly unlikely, just saying that would be totally crazy.

Re: Meth, I Hear You Callin': The Final Season of Breaking Bad

I'm still trying to figure out where Jesse is going to get Walt "where he really lives." There's only three/four places I can come up with: His home, his money, his empire, and his family.

Jesse has moved passed his home, as we've seen. Walt is retired from the empire, and as far as we know Jesse doesn't know where the money is (Pretty sure Walt put his lotto ticket in his pocket during the scene he was in the driveway. That only leaves family, which Jesse has been opposed to harming the entire series, thought kids more than anything. Perhaps Skyler gets taken down?

Just thought of another one: Saul. Walt always seems to get some type help from Saul, maybe Jesse will finally take him down, which would fit into the timeline since the Saul spin-off is supposed to be a prequel.

I think it has more to do with exposing him than causing him or anyone else bodily harm.

Gilligan's "spoiler" last night was a picture of Lydia and he said that she learns a whole lot about salmon next week...

Maybe an allusion to "swimming upstream?" That's all I got on that. I mean, talk about random.

As for Walt...home is where the heart is. So where he really lives, maybe, is his self-image....or to stretch a bit....an image made of himself (Junior).

Who knows. Gilligan's "spoilers" aren't really germane to the action. His clue two week's ago was about the guacamole, last week's was about the "staycation". For all we know Lydia is having a snack and idly reads the nutritional information.

I have to admit this was the first Talking Bad I saw, missed the others due to other circumstances. His "teasers" remind me of the bear in the pool we saw, that eventually connected to the plane crash. They do mean SOMEthing, but who the hell knows what.

Re: Meth, I Hear You Callin': The Final Season of Breaking Bad

On the web bonus features, RJ Mitte (Walt Jr) pretty much tells us the ending, although after flubbing up and saying "when" he does try to cover himself and say "if"
I won't post the info here. If you really want it, you can find it.
