Maine a little sloppy in the final seconds . . . nothing comes of it.

2nd period belongs to the goaltenders. Still 2-1, Maine.

Good cameraperson, this game. Likes to involve the fans, too.

Maine doesn't dominate in the 2nd, but probably has more SOGs. I'd feel better if they don't let Merrimack back in the game in the 3rd, a repeat of the1st would be nice

Good hustle and more shot taking than in the fall games. And not trying to do a Timmay-defend-a-1-pt-lead, so far. That's my beef. ;)

It's been a real blue-collar hockey game. Braithwaite looks solid in net for MC.

Don't know if it's strategy or injuries, but MC's apparently playing with a short bench -- 1st line getting a lot of ice time. That should work for Maine in the 3rd, if they keep working hard. We'll see how it goes...

MC with a great shift to start the 3rd. Darling stops a slapshot with his face, knocking his mask off.

He's okay - game back on...

Maine power play. Penalty (for something) on Bonatitibus...
