UND 1, MSU-Mankato 0 -- Matt Frattin (Jason Gregoire, Derrick LaPoint) 3:29. Frattin sniped a shot from the top of the left circle for his first goal. He gets a big ovation when they announce it.

UND 2, MSU-Mankato 0 -- Mike Cichy (David Toews, Corey Fienhage) 4:38. Toews forced a turnover at the blue line and fed Cichy for a breakaway. Cichy ripped a shot past Lee's stick for his second goal of the season.

UND 2, MSU-Mankato 1 -- Geoff Irwin (Kael Mouillierat, Ben Youds) 19:00 (pp). Zajac lost a race to the puck along the boards in an attempt to get it out of the zone. MSU held the zone, Youds got the puck to the net and a scramble ensued. Irwin found the puck and buried it.
