Massachusetts @ Quinnipiac 11/28

Re: Massachusetts @ Quinnipiac 11/28

End of 1. 3-0 Deer Ticks.

Announcers saying that each Q goal was a "blue-collar" goal. Isn't that another way of saying that they got lucky? ;)

I'll be shocked if Toot doesn't have another goalie in there. Maybe UMASS Rain Man isn't there to give them instructions tonight?

Another way of saying Quinnipiac is crashing the net and forcing the issue in the offensive zone.

Edit: I mean, look at that third goal. You have all 3 forwards deep, creating problems. The goalie pokes the puck away from one kid -- with a less hard-working team, that puck would flutter to the blue line. But the Bobcats are getting to the net, it gets right to Zurevinski's stick, who's crashing the net, and he has an open net.

All true.

I added a ;) to my last post...

Maybe we'll see Dainton come out for the 2nd period.

Another problem is that UMASS is playing like they're heavy sedated. They're making QU look like the 93' Black Bears.

The officials sucking is further down the list.

Re: Massachusetts @ Quinnipiac 11/28

Know its on NESN but anyone know where I can stream this free? Don't feel like putting any extra money in QU's pocket.

Re: Massachusetts @ Quinnipiac 11/28

Dainton in net for UMASS. Minutmen are playing MUCH better right now.

Re: Massachusetts @ Quinnipiac 11/28

Dear QU announcers: Please stop rambling about where players come from. There is only on Bob Norton. Let's keep it that way.

Re: Massachusetts @ Quinnipiac 11/28

Nothing is really happening. My wife made the right move in taking a nap.

Re: Massachusetts @ Quinnipiac 11/28

Fisticuffmanship!

Dainton really should have started this game.

Re: Massachusetts @ Quinnipiac 11/28

Well, I guess when your PP is clicking at 30% you don't score on the PP 70% of the time. Penalty killed.
