Making a Murderer updates

Zallner’s quote at the end of that article is interesting. She claims it’s through her efforts that law enforcement has been cleared of planting blood, bones, license plates and electronic devices. So, the defense makes a bogus claim of the cops planting evidence, Zellner then proves those claims false and she wants a pat on the back for that?

Those claims were made well before Zellner was involved in the case. To me, it just points to her only being interested in the truth.

Zellner has changed her focus over time going where the evidence leads her. This doesn’t absolve the cops from planting the key which she omitted in her quote.

She’s done far better police work in 2 years than the Manitowoc or Calumet sheriff’s, DA and WI DOJ have done combined.

She’ll get Avery out because the evidence points at a frame by Bobby D and Scott Tadych.

Re: Making a Murderer updates

So the Sheboygan county judge that has ruled against Avery without reading and analyzing evidence gets to once again rule on this case. I’m not sure Wisconsin can be fixed. Total embarrassment up and down the line. Since Sutkiewicz is close with Kratz this will be interesting.

Re: Making a Murderer updates

You do realize that if you look at the all the evidence and not the one sided picture put out by Netflix, that all physical evidence points to Avery and Dassey.

I highly recommend you listen to these episode by episode rebuttals by a newsman that was at the trial:

Instead of telling everyone here to listen to a podcast and do all the work (to further your argument), why not just present the case against them yourself?

Instead of telling everyone here to watch a biased documentary and do all the work (to further your argument), why don't you present the case to get these convicted murderers out yourself?

This is simple. If you're going to watch the series (which I have) and believe their take (which I don't, as they present only one side), you should educate yourself by taking the time, episode by episode to listen to the rebuttal from someone that was at, and covered the trial.

Well that's what solov has been doing so maybe try again rather than regurgitating my post and hoping it works for you (it doesn't)... And of course the documentary is biased, literally everything you read on the internet is biased lmao.

So basically you're adding nothing to this thread... thanks I guess?

Oh regurgitating your post works just fine, since it made zero sense. My original post with links is exactly the same way Solo is presenting the defense arguments. The difference is it takes the side of a young woman who lost her life to these murderers.

So it's OK for Solo to present one side, but your too lazy to present and too lazy to listen to a podcast. You just like to criticize. That's fine. Stick your head back in the ground.

Quoting Kathleen Zellner, is quoting a one sided argument. It's ok for Solo to post links, but not me to post links that sink every argument that the defense has presented. That is adding to thread, even if you don't believe it.

Re: Making a Murderer updates

No, you're adding nothing to the thread and saying, "hey sheeple educate yourselves by listening to however many hours of this $hitty podcast!", which is literally no better than when Flagdude comes in and posts infowars links in another thread. Meanwhile Solo is at least providing links to updates in the appeal process.

And honestly I'm not convinced of their innocence but the original documentary at least did a plausible enough job of presenting a case for reasonable doubt and alternate suspects at the very least.
