Maine gets their 6th consecutive win. Didn't come easy but in the end it's a win. Maine now has scored 6 shorthanded goals for the year. Still no word on Diamond. Dee received #1 star and Abbott #2.

Bob, I truly respect your approach to this team, but at this point, it's all about perception.

Maine wins another convincng multi goal game....sully gets another 0 or 1 goal game....the PK remains untouchable....that's going to force The teams they play next week to THINK hard about Maine. Overthink their gameplan maybe. 2nd guess their ability to skate against us (we did shallack a top 5 team in this mess).

Plus, the team's confidence and focus that they've remedied their ability to close games whether they're up by 1 or up by 5.

Now, you just gave UMass a ton of momentum going into tomorrow...and you really took the steam out of some of the engines we had going.

It's obvious you can 'do it'. 1 goal? It happens? 2 goals...****....let's get it together and finish this thing.... The 3rd? Where are these guys' heads?! And YES, the coach has a LOT to do with where the players' heads are.

If you only include the first 10 games of the season and the last 6 games of the season........Maine finished 12-1-3.

In between they were 6-9-3.

Unfortunately, as great as they're doing, losses are really fragile things right now!
