I don't know either, but Chris Heisenberg lists seven 2015 recruits, with Pearson listed for 2016, and there are seven new players in the photo. Of course, it's possible that Pearson is waiting for the academic credits he needs for admission to UMaine.

I would be shocked if he isn't on campus come the start of school. I don't personally have any experience with them but how hard can online HS classes be? I get the impression he is motivated to.

In some bad news, the Russian dman signed with the OHL team who drafted him. It's not a huge deal where Maine has tons of dmen lined up but it appears he is very talented and would have been nice to have.

From the pic if I had to guess....Left to Right:

??
Becker
Robbins
Cochrane
Muehlbauer
??
Perez
??

I'm 100% confident on the ones that I have identified based on hairstyle, height, etc.

Gibson, Michel, Rai, Pearson and McGovern are the ones that I can not identify.

I would say that based on his size that McGovern is NOT in this picture. I also don't see Rai although he could be the last guy whose face we can't see. The first guy could be Gibson but doesn't really look like him. I think that the guy with the baseball cap could be Michel.

Oh I know that...fully...expect it to be quite frank about it...and can very well see the following season more or less with loads of question-marks...all because nothing is set for this season...goaltending/defense and who will score...long season ahead could be the recipe...getting use to it but don't have to like it.;)

According to the Moncton Telegraph Journal Ethan Crossman has signed with the Moncton Wildcats (QMJHL), so we won't be seeing him in Orono.

One down, two decommits from that program to go.

Well they Positioned themselves well...Maine chances at landing all 3 were the only way it could happen...with that said all 3 knew fully they had all the Cards in there favor...so once one found at Home to play there was no way the others would come to Maine...and I know ONLY 2 have jumped but the next will fall sooner then later. Recruiting The Good, The Bad and The Ugly 101.

Has Maine EVER landed a recruit that got drafted by a junior team???

Do you know how much time Maine spent recruiting them or if Maine ever offered them? In today's world any kid with a Twitter account can say he's committing anywhere and there is nothing the coach can do about it. At some point the NCAA needs to update recruiting rules to reflect changes in technology. It's unfair for Red and other coaches to be made to look like idiots by kids like these two who have just 'decommitted.'
