Is it just me or does anyone else think Marty would be in the list of good goalies at UMaine if Grant was still around?

I don't think that TIMMAY has it in him. He was literally given the farm which included high end talent (when he started coaching), a great facility (home ice advantage wise), terrific/loyal fans, and then numerous undeserved contract extensions.......he is a SPOILED BRAT. When Abbott came along and actually started demanding excellence (or at least some semblance of effort) on the part of the coaches.......Trimper and Cosgrove have actually come up big. TIMMAY on the other hand keeps making EXCUSES and has done nothing different to change up the fortunes of the program. New ice, new seating, new this, new that.......blah.....blah.....blah. Whitehead.........YOU ARE A LOSER!!!! Your day of reckoning IS coming and most of us will be celebrating when it gets here!

He's not going anywhere. BC is a pretty good team, no one in their right mind thinks or thought Maine could compete with them. Timmay continues to collect a paycheck while Maine Hockey continues to go down hill. Their's always tomorrow

When they start losing to the Merrimacks, Lowells and Providences of the world then TIMMAY and his few peeps will have officially run out of excuses..........

Merrimack already beat Maine this year and have won three in a row against Timmay. Lowell just might win up here next week.

Does the next round of Alfond renovations include another reduction in seating???.......at this rate, they won't need more than 3K for the foreseeable future. Maybe they can use the extra space for a larger office for Whitehead.......he's still got 2.5 years left on his contract.

absolutely... very athletic, and makes little mistakes that Grant would cure in a minute

Be lucky to get 4000 a game. People won't pay to watch Maine lose 5-1.

I've heard that for several years, look what it got him, a 3 year extension, with pay increases
