Re: Maine Hockey '13-14: Are you Red-E?

I had a father in law that the grandkids and the family called "Bump". Passed away in 2005. A pretty special guy and a loyal Maine hockey fan . Larger than life and a terrific athlete and basketball player at Bangor High in his day. 6 foot 6 and a heart just as big. RIP in peace Bump, you are missed.:(

It isn't a secret. It was reported he is starting a company with the Tim Whitehead skype goalie coach to market software they've developed to analyze video of hockey goalies

exactly.

fwiw, a friend of mine went to their product demo and thought it was pretty interesting stuff. still though, it's a limited marketplace for a very niche product.

I don't think he'll become a billionaire off it, but could see him making a bit of money. I can't imagine there is much if any variable cost and I don't believe he has to worry about fulfillment/distribution. Don't you just download it? I could see either a Nike/Under Armour type or a technology company buying it for a few million in a couple years. Never underestimate how much parents are willing to spend on their kids.

Re: Maine Hockey '13-14: Are you Red-E?

Sorry if this has been asked before but does Maine have streaming video of the game? (free or paid).

Thanks

Re: Maine Hockey '13-14: Are you Red-E?

Technically they do, it's dodgy at best though and doesn't have any replays. If you like the UVM radio announcers I would think about just listening to them.

Much appreciated (I just found it on the Maine website). As these teams will play each other 4 times this season figured I might watch the first one...
