Seen three games this year, and I agree. A very athletic team that plays balls-out, yet smart, football. I'm excited about their prospects this year.

Biggest thing I took away from tonight's exhibition game was that they are VERY chippy and like the hit, both during play and after the whistle. They instigated a scrap during the 2nd period that ended up with a game DQ on both sides, and lots of shoving around after goalies covered up the puck. Here's hoping no one gets hurt in your game, hoping everyone can make it to the season ready to go. Good luck this year!

Those Canadian guys tend to be so friendly off the ice, and so nasty on it...
I hope that nobody from Maine takes the bait and gets hurt. These exhibition games v. our neighbors to the North are pretty-much a waste of time, no matter how you slice 'em.

Could not agree more. I'm okay with the game today, but would rather see Maine just skip the two games in January.
Anyone have any idea what the lines might look like today? Are they showing the game on the website?

Dalhousie can't afford to be too chippy as they are tired and undermanned.
It its own world, Dalhousie had been off to a decent start. They have several injuries and they finished the game with 17 players. Also whoever scheduled this trip should be fired. Friday night they played a good Carlton team in Ottawa. Then they drove six hours or to Boston to play NU. This morning They are out early so that they can play a 4:30 game at Maine. This must be Canadian Survivalist Training. If Maine doesn't put up 8-10 goals against this beat up team, they should start to rework their offense. Their goal, Wendell Vye played fairly well. He's stheir only hope to keep the score down - if he's still awake!
BTW,and FWIW, a healthier Dalhousie has already beaten the X-Men - who lost at bu 2-1 on a late goal last night
