Also, other than UConn the New England public schools don't fare well. UNH and Vermont lead the others and surprisingly UMass Lowell outdoes UMass Amherst by about double.

I find $40K hard to believe considering their licensing deals with companies like LL Bean and sponsorships from corporations like General Dynamics and New Balance. Heck even Drew thinks this number might be suspect!

Now do private donations to athletic departments over the past 5 years......Maine is at $220+ million which probably tops even UConn for #1 in that dept.

The NHL schedules were released today. The Rangers will be hosting Calgary on that Saturday night at 7pm so the Maine-Cornell game will not be played then. The Rangers will be in Chicago on Black Friday so the game can be played Friday night (27 November).

I agree $40K doesn't sound right but that is what was written. I assume that Maine and maybe some others use a different system for recording the figures but if they do could they possibly be doing it wrong by mistake and/or hopefully not illegally.
