Maine Black Bears 2026 Offseason: Missing Out on Mistlebacher

last year there was portal page with the schools and players on the portal. Anyone have a link for this years page?

Mike McMahon has a google doc for his subscribers on substack, I'm leery to link to it because it's a pay feature. If you subscribe it's linked on his site.

Looks like Poirier, Northeastern's Dylan Compton, and Vermont's Caeden Harrington are all headed to the Badgers.

There will be a lot of uncomfortable conversations about where Hockey East as a whole sits in the grand scheme of things

As in all NCAA sports, unfortunately. If you aren't in the Big Ten or SEC, "what are we doing here?" is going to be a fraught question.
I posted this on another thread.

To paraphrase Billy Beane in Moneyball, the schools with little or no NIL money are organ donors for the teams that have the big dough. Very unfortunate situation for the have nots.

Caeden Harrington is a Vermont kid that was a big get for UVM. Now he's gone after one year.
