Golly gee whiz.....HE season begins and most remarkably, Maine has a win under their belt going in. But, itz the age old problem for Maine of playing on the big sheet against Toots team which finished off ur NC Terriers recently.

Do we see the return of Timmay hawkey or can these youngsters stay up with the MinutiaMen from Amherst for a full 60 minutes? What sort of obscenities can we expect from the crowd? Will Timbo jumble all the lines just because he can? Has anyone had a Walrus sighting, he seems to be missing? Wait, wait, I found him.....

true....further evidence it wuz only a 125 poundah and alledged to have climbed 12' feet. Feats not likely Wally is capable of.

Does anybody know who will be in net for Maine? Will be see Scott Darling, or will Dave Wilson return to the Mullins Center for another round of taunting and embarrasment?

He played well last year despite the loss. Maine probably would have won if it weren't for a defensive breakdown at the end of the game and overtime. Darling looked terrible the next night.

sorry forgot which thread I was in. I meant darling will likely start both games this weekend as in Friday at Umass and Saturday at UNH. Wilson is a lost cause. 0-11 on the road.

I dunno what sucks worse... being taunted at the Mullins, or being UMass and losing in the NCAAs to Maine after getting the chance to taunt Wilson at the Mullins
