I don't think the WCHA is a good fit for Arizona State. The Big Ten or NCHC make more sense. If Arizona State were to join the WCHA, I think it would be only a temporary home for them and it would require them to heavily subsidize travel for the other WCHA teams.Next year WCHA officials will be officiating all home games for Arizona . Looks as if the WCHA may be making a play for Arizona . The Alaska teams believe they will still be playing next year as well.

Unless the Alaska teams fold I don't think most WCHA teams want to take on even more long travel.
When will Boudon be joining the Lakers ?
Any word if 2019-20 schedule will be coming out later this month?
Sounds like both Alaska teams are in trouble again. Hopefully they don't fold and survive like the last scare a couple years ago.
A one-year lease. My guess is the reno won't be underway until the state budget gets resolved. If I'm correct that fight is coming this summer.Fairbanks just signed their lease for this year with the Carlson Center and announced plans to renovate their on campus facility and move there within two years.
