Actually I said old age has gotten to Bill and his details are screwed up. If you're going to quote me, please get it right.

If you read back through my posts, these were my only comments that could have been construed as 'colorful'. Otherwise I simply stated who it is that I know to have recruited Ravn. So get your panties out of that wad!

I may have my opinion on what's transpired at Lake State (what you all see as my 'agenda'), but I am entitled to it! I am still a Laker fan and have been for over 30 years. My opinion is no less 'right' than any of yours! That's what makes it an OPINION. So get off your high horses and quit trying to censor opinions now!

You probably want to apologize to the Ravns, dad and son, just in case someone may have misunderstood your intentions.
It might also help your credibility to disclose your identity so that Mr. Ravn is aware of who is calling him "off".

Opinions and assertions are different things. If it transpired though your interactions with the demonic couple, it is not a fact and you should share that aspect with us for the sake of transparency. If you heard something though a questionable source, make sure it doesn't appear as something your have seen ...

But michiganmidge, I don't want to blame you too much. You is a the last puppet and obviously lost. This forum has hosted dozens of Roque apologist who discretely converted and are now very quiet after having behaved like you. Let's see if one of them will help you out, or if you will convert.

So you know more about the recruitment process than the player's father, who was part of it, simply from having your ear to the ground. Interesting.

Who are you calling a 'she'? I find it most interesting that you all can call me a 'puppet' or other mean spirited things, but I get called out for calling Ravn 'off'. Doesn't compute.

Above all else, I am a Laker fan. I will hold my OWN opinions with no need to 'convert'. I am not a lemming. I march to the beat of my own drum, and I will have the last laugh when your shiny new coach fails - for whatever reason. But in the end, I will be a Laker fan.

Mr. Ravn (if that's who that really is) could say absolutely anything and you'd all believe it. The glass is either half full or half empty. They way I see it, Metro was responsible for the recruitment. You are all entitled to your own opinion on the matter. Just like I am!

No matter how long you have followed the Lakers or how much dirt you have in your ears, a true Laker fan does not bad mouth current coaches, former coaches, players, other Laker fans, etc.

The name "Midge" is most often associated with females. As for credibility, you question the Ravn post credibility, why should we not question yours. You've stated these are your "opinions." There is a big difference between opinion and fact. There are a lot of people here who have an "ear to the ground" that have a different view than you do.

Okay. Everyone remember that when you speak of Borek, Anzalone, Roque, etc. what's good for the goose is good for the gander!

Also, I did not criticize Ravn - I spoke with regard to recruited him.

I am glad to see the Damon Whitten and Rich Metro combo next season. They are going to be so awesome I plan on making many trips to see the team play up north this season. I commend Rick Comley and his selection commitee on the selection of both of these coaches. This season is going to be a good transition for the program. Lots of positives are going to happen next season.

Michigan State schedule came out today and we don' play the Spartans this year. We must play them next year. Perhaps we play the Wolverines this season? More than likely we'll play at Notre Dame October 17-18.
