Dean I'm only switching with salaries included. However I do have to warn, DC winter has sucked in terms of not being winter. Good old NESnowstorm in dec and bitter cold. Not what I signed up for.

I've been lovin' it, actually. :p

We moved our formal HQ to 9th and F a few years back, and even the slight climactic difference between there and here had them constantly moaning about our late-or-no-shows due to snowstorms (which they seemingly always got as rain or flurries).

Not this year... ;)
