not having cable TV sucks. We are going to work pretty much strait through until june, so it looks like a season 6 LOST marathon will be in order ( I make my own hours dammit).
Also heard the series ends with a movie. I have not heard anything beyond that as of yet...but I don't really keep up on this stuff beyond this msg board.

No predicions, just gonna sit back and watch it... Some of the previews have been pretty cool, even if just montages from old episodes... we started watching from Season 1 this past weekend, and hope to be caught up through S5 in time for the beginning of S6...

You heard wrong. The series finally will be a 2 hour episode, but it will still be a TV episode and not a movie.

The only prediction that I'm willing to give is that the season will end.

Out of curiosity Moe, do you read the spoilers? I'm not judging. My wife would read it all in a heartbeat, but I like to be surprised, and even avoid this thread if I DVR'd an episode.

I used to, a ton. I don't anymore. I am the type of person who wants to know what's going to happen as soon as possible, but I've found that the LOST writers are far better at telling a story then the spoiler hounds are (I know, that should be obvious).
FWIW, those that have read a lot of the Season 6 spoilers (even the very mild ones) are telling me that they wish they didn't know what they now know about where Season 6 heads starting in the first episode.
