Lake Forest

Re: Lake Forest

Sure, but the kids don't want to play in a dump, especially when everything else around it is pretty nice.

Re: Lake Forest

Good night in Lake Forest against Amherst. Glad to see LF winning some games.

Things are looking good. They're 5-0-1 in the last 6 games, sitting in 4th place in the NCHA with a 7-5-0 record, and 10-8-1 overall.:)

LFC has 6 games left in the regular season. ( A home & home duet with LU and MSOE , and they close with 2 @ Adrian)

Re: Lake Forest

The next 6 games sure will be big in how the playoffs stack up.

Re: Lake Forest

So looks like defense is the key to this season as usual GAA and less than solid D play look to be LFC issues

Valuable big game and playoff experience will be added to their resume this year.

Young group taking steps in the right direction.

Re: Lake Forest

Is 3rd place possible?

Yes, it's possible. They're currently in 3rd place in the NCHA with a record of (11-5-0), and (14-8-1) overall.

They're on a (9-0-1) tear in their last 10 games which guarantees LFC's first winning season since 05-06.

Re: Lake Forest

And if we play like we did this weekend, Lake Forest is going to kick our ***.

Re: Lake Forest

Where did that one LF fan go who made ridiculous claims, couldn't spell or form a sentence, and went crazy on guys like Webb and I when we laughed at him? Does anyone remember what his name was? Man that guy was a riot even though he wasn't trying to be funny and got really mad when we laughed when he spelled it "forresters".

That would be fornax, who hasn't posted since 5-5-2011.

Who needs fornax when we've got a fishman?

Re: Lake Forest

Adrian next weekend, might there be a chance with the host team not playing there best but still finding ways to win?

Re: Lake Forest

not even a mention of the past weekend, is there no interest? Can't believe hockey is getting better on campus forcing JS to pay attention?
