When I saw the tweets from ABC10, that was my first thought.

Jesus though, reading through that TV6 link, was his divorce mess way muddier than it should have been.

Even with a valid power of attorney, you cannot act in a malicious manner with it. That could be the point of contention here.

I doubt this investigation and arrest blindsided Walt Kyle or NMU.

Divorce can be messy.
