Jan 29-30-The Ultimate SUNYAC Hockey Weekend- Plattsburgh & Potsdam@Oswego & Cortland

A little over two weeks to go, and the Plattsburgh @ Oswego contest has sold-out of seats, so attendance is sure to meet expectations. Who is planning on attending? I’m attending both the Oswego & Cortland games and as I hate moving hotels, I decided that Syracuse was a good central location, for those looking for rooms, I bid on Priceline and got the Best Western Liverpool Grace Inn & Suites, in Liverpool for $38 a night from the 28-31 (about 45 miles from Oswego & Cortland). Any pre-game events planned? I admit I am jealous that I couldn’t get to the Adrian/Elmira games, but alas, such are work obligations.:(

Headed to Williamstown first for Cards v. Ephs. Only about 90 mins from Northern CT. Anyone else headed there? When I called Williams to enquire about tixs the lady laughed in my face, said they don't sell advanced tixs, and that haven't had a sellout in years. I better not get shut out after the trip.

Still up in the air. If my ride back to Albany works out, I'll be there. If not, I'm going to be done until SUNYAC playoffs, at the earliest.

when we went down 4 years ago, there were probably about 50 Plattsburgh fans, and we far outnumbered the Williams fans. 2 years ago it got alittle better, there were probably 200 people there, MAX. you won't have a problem getting tickets.

Tell the truth...I probably would root for Plattsburgh against Williams:eek:

The better Pburgh does....the better for Elmira and Oswego.

I think we should try to get something together and have a "party" somewhere before the game. I know something like that was done back in the day for the Plattsburgh/Oswego game in Oswego.

Only sports bar worth going to in Oswego. Sadly, I wont be able to make it to the game.

I believe they have SRO tickets left (for Plattsburgh game)...besides the student section of course but that does not go on sale usually until Wednesday or Thursday of that week after the students' get their opportunity of getting them obviously.

Personally...I have not been able to get my tickets as of yet...I was to call today but alas my work obligations between an exact time frame of 10-2 as a very long meeting...I shall call next time the box office is open which I think is on Tuesday.

You have nothing to worry about. Williams fans are few and don't cheer for anything.

Have to miss the Potsdam game because we're going to Buffalo for Bruins@Sabres. Hot Dang!

Tell Tim Thomas he's an overrated POS for me!:cool:

I hope Thomas tears both of his groins that way there is absolutely no way that Miller won't be in the net for every minute of the olympics for the USA.

If that happens I refuse to watch any USA game and will cheer for Latvia.
