It's fun reading these things when you are the one that calls.

I work for a financial company, so I'm only calling the owners of a policy, or their registered representative, when they've made a request we need clarification on.

Still come across people that pull this stuff, even in that situation. Okay, fine. Don't get the money you've requested. Have fun talking to the brand new hire in the call center when you're wondering where your check is.
