Some of the coaching records at SOME schools are so bad that it makes recruiting quality players near impossible, so how long should an AD go before he/she realizes that not pulling the trigger reflects directly upon them?

Some schools care more about wins and losses in some sports than others.

Winning percentages like these all after several years make it plain.

Winning Percentage: .239, .265,.318, .319, .348, .368, .375, .422.
