3. What's wrong with Merrimack? True they're not in last place, but they seemed to have so much potential early in the year. I always root for the underdog (well, except this weekend when the play my 'Cats), but Mack just can't seem to make it into the playoffs. Looking forward to seeing their updated rink, Friday; was hoping to see an updated team, as well. Insight, anybody?

They can't win on the road. 0-12 I think. I might be off by one loss. They've only lost one home game, the one goal loss to UNH earlier in the year. They lost that game due to lousy goaltending and an effective UNH forecheck. They've played a few games less than most of HE so the standings could change if all things were equal at this point.

Only change to Lawler right now is the new ice compressor and a new scoreboard just put in. The seating gets fixed this summer apparently.

If the Mack goaltending is solid this Friday, I'd give UNH the 5-3 loss so many posters predict for the Mack, or thereabouts. If the goaltending is weak, a UNH sweep.
