Speculation on Twitter that Diamond won't be allowed to play game 3. Facemasking, allegedly per NCAA rules, carries an auto DQ and the refs screwed up by not assessing it. Claim is itll be added postgane and he'll be suspended

If he was whistled for grabbing the MC guy by the facemask, I think you can delete the allegedly.

I was just going to make the same point. the box score on hockeyeastonline is showing contact to the head (also).

I guess we'll see. Who the heck knows. I'll give it 2:1 odds that he's out for game 3. But only 2:1. It's hard to be certain about anything after that debacle.
