The local Maine station has their cameras on the other side of the ice, the same side of the ice that NESN would normally broadcast from. I think that's why this looks so far away (and off-center).

OK, that makes sense, because I remember the camera showing the benches and the opposing team fan section rather than the penalty boxes.

Wow, it's 9:10 and there's still 16+ minutes to go in this period.

I'd argue its not an advantage for the Black Bears having Bigos out of the game. I'd rather have him and his foot speed out there.

Flynn's penalty was deserved, although I'm not sure it should've been a slash. I thought it would've been a cross check.

Nowhere near a record. One of the last games that Maine and BU played at Walter Brown was a lot worse than this. In terms of penalties, that is. If memory serves, Maine did show up that night.

Well there was a Maine-UMass game in 04 that probably had over 100. Not sure for a playoff game though. Or a playoff series.....they're around 120 for the series with presumably a third game coming :eek:

So what the hell happened? They wiped the guy who tripped Will-O? How is is not still a Maine power play?
