Fox College Sports Pacific down here in Tampa. Took a while to find - didn't reach it until ch802.

Did I read correctly that FCSP would be using Merrimack's broadcast? Does that mean MikeM? Just curious.

I'm getting the Merrimack broadcast on WBIN southern NH - and Bob Norton is doing the game. Didn't realize he was there...

On the Maine tv feed they said that 200 Merrimack students are at the game and some Maine Students were prevented from going because they were locked out of their dorms for student break even though classes are monday. 10 percent of the Merrimack student body are at the alfond and three coach buses full of fans. The UMaine administration failed the students miserably by not allowing them to stay in the dorms.

I agree that it's unfortunate, but Maine has never allowed students to stay in dorms during break. I'm not sure it's appropriate for a university to change their policies for one weekend of hockey. That being said - don't students just need their ID to get into the game?

Maine having better quality shots so far... Merrimack mostly shooting from the outside

I love the offensive pressure so far from Maine. I also like the physical hockey they are playing (outside of the hit to the head that has just happened).

That's not an elbow. 5 min major for contact to the head elbowing and a DQ, it was Swavely's shoulder...

My issues - much like AMC - the player turned with his head down into Swavely, and Swavely followed through. Maybe 2 or 4 for the contact to the head, but the rest is crap.

Merrimack goal after Diamond gets dragged down in the offensive zone, Merrimack starts crap after they score.

How the **** is this ****stain of a school still in Hockey East?

For what its worth I tend to agree that the hit was a 2 and not a 5, especially in a playoff game. But with Bunyon, its not worth a plug nickel. Frustration.

I gotta say... wtih head contact, I am pretty glad the officials do not see it your way "in a playoff game"
