Harvard Crimson 2012-2013

Re: Harvard Crimson 2012-2013

I would presume that the cost would most likely only include in conference games. Being a season ticket holder It would probably be less expensive in the long run to order away games on a per game basis based on my own viewing schedule. The on demand feature is nice though. And no, I did not post here to get my national championship signature in a Harvard thread, but I will admit that it looks good! Thanks for the heads up.

Oh please, of course you did. Just admit it. I mean if we really wanted to, each of the Harvard posters could create a similar banner from '89. But that would be tacky.

Had Al Gore even invented the internet that far back? Most likely bumper stickers for you folks ;)

Harvard's going to go from DFL in the ECAC to #5 in the country, when they only have the #7 recruiting class? Did someone fire Donato without telling us? ;)

They don't teach reading comp at the ag school, ey? :)

:D

I will be surprised if Zielonka scores more goals than Vesey this year but it's hard not to feel good about this squad. Young squad but maybe they'll turn some heads.

Just re-read it twice more, and I see no explanation of what that last ranking list (with Harvard #5) is supposed to represent, so it still reads like a (self-admittedly early) national ranking of teams to me. What else would it be?

It's an early read on recruiting rankings for 2014 based on recruits that have committed to date - nothing to do with national rankings.

Though Harvard's recruiting has picked up as of late, that historically has not translated into wins & national prominence.

Time will tell.

Re: Harvard Crimson 2012-2013

A couple of quick notes on former Harvard players.

Alex Fallstrom is playing fourth line center in one of the two groups of Bruins players for the exhibition season. He didn't get much ice time against Montreal but I think center might be a good spot for him. Unfortunately, the Bruins are loaded at that position so he will most likely either play at Providence or in the ECHL.

Jason Karmanos '96 was fired by his father Peter after 15 years with the Hurricanes. Wonder what Thanksgiving and Christmas will be like in that household. Oh well...

No word on Alex Killorn but based on his late season performance with Tampa, I would say that he has a decent shot at getting a regular shift and maybe some PP time. The scouts I spoke with last year were high on him and felt that he would eventually solidify a spot with the big club. Here's hoping that prediction comes true.

Re: Harvard Crimson 2012-2013

Somehow I cut the link to Harvard 2013-2014 and can't find it on the USCHO forum list. Anyone help?

Re: Harvard Crimson 2012-2013

Does anyone know where Adam Sinclair is playing this year? He played with York Simcoe last year and Heisenberg indicates he is with Aurora (OJHL), but I don't see him on the roster. He's a very good get for Harvard.

Re: Harvard Crimson 2012-2013

Bracco with 2G and 1A (including the GWG) in his first game with the USNDT-17 team.
