As a Gustavus fan I agree that the penalty called was not the most blatant of all time, but to be fair, neither was the one called on Gustavus less than three minutes before that. I think penalties were 3-3, so it wasn't like St Thomas was getting ripped by the refs.

Instead of complaining about the goal on the "supposed soft penalty", why not talk about how Gustavus totally shut down the St Thomas power play tonight?

Bottom line, though, is I don't want to talk trash - St Thomas is a good team, that finished the season really strong. Outstanding goalie - good effort last week and for this game too. That being said, I just don't think it's fair to imply that the Gusties won because of the refs - not true at all - the Gusties played well all night long and, for tonight at least, were the better team.

Plattsburgh fans seemed really impressed that Hince could levitate.

Well.... Ross Ring-Jarvi can fly. Beat that!
