We should have better gun laws,
obviously, but would you really want to adopt a Taliban policy here? They’re not doing it for people’s benefit.
 
I wouldn't mind taking all the guns out of private hands here, though. A lot fewer murders by a lot fewer fucksticks. If they're such he-men let's see them get in close and do it with knives or their bare hands. Oo-rah!

Hey, the Taliban breathes air. You should totally hold your breath rather than do what the Taliban does.

Yeah, totally. Take away 95% of our guns, solves 95% of our gun problems. Do the Taliban have a white man angst problem over there though? May look into that first before confiscating the guns.

I’m struggling to understand why Remington needs the attendance and disciplinary records of the children murdered at sandy hook.

do they think one of the kids had a bad spelling test and conspired with the shooter?

I hope Remington goes bankrupt.
 
They're fishing for anything they can find that they think might force a settlement. Supposedly the dead teachers' employment records were also subpoenaed.
 
So, with Texas' new open carry law, my mother has vowed to never shop at Walmart. She tries not to already, but it was near the dentist where she had dropped my father off for an appointment. Upon leaving the store, she is behind a couple, both of whom are carrying, then as she gets to a car, she sees another person carrying. If it's that dangerous a place that people feel the need to bring their firearms, I don't want anyone I know shopping there.

Just another reason my family needs to move out of that state.

I still laugh at my ex partner's gun paranoia. She was telling me I NEED a gun because reasons.

But I've lived in unsavory neighborhoods most of my life, and I've learned for being a white trans woman, the only one on the block, a strong, confident demeanor (or at least the appearance of one) keeps bad people away from me..
