Gophers didn't play their best game. That's what I've said as well. Pretty much all that needs to be said. Two equal teams played a game and the team that played best won.

The media took a block party and blew it out of proportion, just so they can get some ad-generating clicks and a ratings spike. University Offices and the Police fanned the flames. Stick a camera in front of drunk college kids any Saturday night and they are going to act like idiots. Some drunk people wanted to get on camera and the only reason why this is a story is because the far-sickle that they generated would otherwise be a dull and embarrassing look at a story that didn't happen no matter how hard they tried.
