I'm surprised I haven't seen more coverage of this...

Infowars has been covering it quite extensively, seeing how it's their backyard. And surprisingly to many I'm sure, they aren't coming to any conclusions yet. Although if I wanted to go real conspiracy on this, I wonder if they're now trying to attack Infowars's time spent on exposing the deep state, given they're sending Owen Schroyer and Millie Weaver to the scene whenever it happens.

He had a list of targets, and made a confession video, but didn't reveal a motive.

Premeditation with a list of targets implies terror was a goal, ergo, he was a terrorist.
