It all depends on the individual girl and team leadership. I've seen it work great for all involved, but I've also seen instances of resentment and conflict developing. Generally speaking, the younger the kids the fewer problems you tend to see.

It just quit. About another 6-7 inches at my house. Wife says it's time to do the driveway! I say if she wants to play with the boys it's her turn! ;)
