I guess I don't even notice anyone else saying it. I'm trying to think of some other fad/buzz/whatever words around the office here.

A boss that calls you on the phone and starts every conversation with "Got a question for you...".

Duh!

Lil les is 2 months short of 18, drives himself. Every time he has a meet on the weekend Mr les starts in with the anxiety of will he be late. He is a big boy. If he is late he can drive to the meet and the coach can rip him. STOP ALREADY!

Hey, guess what I haven't gotten yet? Yep, my 1098 from my old mortgage company. The one I called them about 2 weeks ago. Supposed to be postmarked by 1/31. I'm supposed to get 3 of them from last year - got the other 2 quite a while ago (and BofA had no qualms about mailing it to my address, even though I'm no longer their customer). Last thing I am waiting for to do my taxes. Grrrrrrrr.

One thing that grinds my gears is when a mayor, or a governor, or anyone elected to executive office, complains about "how hard" their job is. Hey, it's not like the HR people called you and asked you to accept this position, numbnuts! you went out of your way to seek it out. if you didn't want to do the work that comes with the office, why then did you run for it in the first place?

"Amazeballs" has taken hold in my office. And I might punch the next dolt who utters it.

Re: Ginding away- stop putting sand in my oil... Part 4

Yeah, I agree - can't stand amazeballs, unless of course they come with a side of awesome sauce. :D

Re: Ginding away- stop putting sand in my oil... Part 4

If you use the word amazeballs you are totes cray-cray.

It should be legal to bludgeon people that use those idiotic not-words.
Yes, then we could bludgeon 83% of Californians into the sea rather than simply waiting for the state to fall off on its own. Totes McGotes!
